Mervyns - "Extreme Integration": EDI, Data, and Application IntegrationTarget Corporation sold Mervyns LLC, a $2.5 billion department store chain, to a private investment group. Under the terms of the sale, Target agreed to provide Mervyns with IT support for two years. To achieve IT independence by the transition deadline, Mervyns launched the massive Mervyns Advanced Retail Systems (MARS) project. The company turned to B2 Integration for help with its extraordinarily complex EDI, data, and application integration requirements. The project included integration of Point-of-Sale (POS), Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Mervyns’ entire EDI trading community.

B2 Integration designed and implemented a solution that provided them with all of the business intelligence required to make informed, effective decisions.
Aurafin
Aurafin – EDI IntegrationAurafin, the leader in gold jewelry distribution, had outgrown their existing EDI platform, and was missing the audits and controls required to ensure transaction delivery and integrity. JC Penney, a key Aurafin customer, had recently implemented their “Supplier Scorecard” system. The system was developed to identify significant EDI vendor violations. Aurafin hired B2 Integration to perform an EDI audit and to make recommendations for improving the EDI system.
Aurafin – Wal-Mart CPFRConsumer goods giant Wal-Mart asked Aurafin, its 14k gold chain category manager, to participate in Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) to increase efficiencies in their supply chain process. Aurafin quickly responded to their largest customer by engaging B2 Integration.

Apple & Eve LLC - EDI Migration and Staff AugmentationApple & Eve, one of the country's largest independently owned juice companies, acquired NCI Northland Cranberry, Inc., purveyor of the Seneca brand line of juices, in 2004. NCI and its more than 30 wholesale and retail customers managed their business relationship through EDI. Since the Apple & Eve IT department did not have the in-house resources and expertise to undertake the transfer of NCI and its trading partners to Apple & Eve's EDI system, the company turned to B2 Integration for assistance.

American Italian Pasta Company - Data SynchronizationAmerican Italian Pasta Company (AIPC) is a $390 million producer and marketer of dry pasta in North America. As part of the highly competitive Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, AIPC recognized the need for increased supply chain efficiencies to maintain a competitive edge. The company requested B2 Integration's help in designing and implementing a data synchronization system that would significantly improve inventory control and other processes.

ISACO International - EDI IntegrationWhen ISACO International, a leading supplier of men's garments, undertook the move to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business-to-Business (B2B) platform, there were numerous complications during the implementation phase. Complications are common during any major migration, but some of these proved costly for the company. B2 Integration was called in to analyze and correct the system and to put audits and controls in place that would prevent malfunctions in the future.
